Dr.Dev Anand, B.A. Hons (U.M), MBA (AIU, US), MHRM (U. Newcastle), Certified Trainer (TAFE, Australia); PHD (Columbia University USA), has 22 years experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development. He started his career in a well-established Japanese MNC as a HR executive and was later promoted as HR Manager, managing almost 2,200 employees. Over the years, Dr. Dev was involved in the planning, designing and implementing of HR policies and procedures in various organization that he has worked namely the manufacturing, service, construction and education industry. Being a certified trainer, he has also conducted various training program for local organizations and MNC's. The clients who have benefited from his training are AEON, C (M) Bhd, MEMC (M) Sdn Bhd, PNMB, KWSP, MAS, VADS Bhd, Stamford College Bhd, Syarikat Bekalan Air Johor, Panasonic Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Bhd and Volvo. His core areas of training are Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, Coaching and Counseling, Performance Management. TQM and HRM. Dr. Dev has also written articles for NST appointment column on HR issues between year 2000 - 2001 and has authored a book titled "HRM - Made Simple". |

The CHRP program is designed for HR and Non HR personnel who are keen to gain the necessary skills and knowledge on HR practices. Participants will be taught on the core HR competencies relevant to be a HR competent professional. To achieve the competencies required, the CHRS program covers the key topics and skill sets that covers the HR practices. The CHRS is a 7 Day training series which covers 3 Core Modules – HR Legal Skills (HR-LS), HR Industrial Relations Skills (HR-IRS) and HR Employee Relations Skills( HR – ERS). Upon completion and assessment, participants shall be awarded certified certificate of competency. |
